target/platform: msm8952: Add msm8976 version 1.1 support For msm8976 version 1.1 there is a change in the SDCC1 GPLL from where the clock frequency is derived, added a check to modify the values. Change-Id: I8d633bd59d2a5984eda62bbf4d165adcfb51f5b5
