platform: msm_shared: Send stop for multi block read/write fails When multi block read/write fails host should send stop command & get the status of the card to find out the failure reason. Otherwise card would never come back to trans state. Change-Id: Ice9ed8986a3368a3840a3837c1cdc59577dc904d
