msm8916: Modify the reboot and dload functionality for MSM8916. 1. Write the reboot reason to the DLOAD_MODE_CMD register. 2. Disable the WDOG DEBUG 3. Intimate PMIC on WARM or COLD Resets accordingly. 4. Halt the PMIC arbiter before pulling down the PS_HOLD. Change-Id: I9d47f18eb38b2437cd8f577bba16416d8ae2e2c4
