platform: msm8994: Add AHB2 phy wait state register Before updating the phy registers the abh2 phy wait state register should be updated to 0x11 i.e one wait state otherwise write to USB phy reigsters may not complete. Update the iomap to add register value for AHB2 config. Change-Id: Id017573f33d7da238cd9a1ca5fc0a3981a045118
