platform: msm_shared: Update QUSB sequence Disable QUSB ref clock before qusb phy reset and init sequence. Once the phy initialization is complete wait for 150us, look for phy status and enable the QUSB ref clock back. Change-Id: Ie3a5f7d8575e7f4f195c2a3fe8c3fbad1161a668
