[platform/msm7630]: Add "DSB" before "ISB" instruction to fix boot up issues Add DSB instruction to make sure that all the memory access instructions before this instruction are completed. This will fix boot up issues on few Version 2 devices. Change-Id: I34fbc221a81e65ba54339fd8bc0efce2b9cff669
