dev: gcdb: store DSI PLL codes into emmc flash It takes times to calibrate PLL and get codes values. So the codes calibrated from the initial boot can be stored in emmc flash to avoid later calibrations. Change-Id: I892fd29f55cfd696140962d13b94b6e69cdc33b2
