target: msm8952: add support for dual DSI configuration for msm8956

There is support for dual DSI on msm8956 with DSI2HDMI bridge acting
as one panel and NT35597 DSC command/video mode panel as the other
one. At present, there is no support for DSC module in LK and hence
current fastboot oem command support is not sufficient to pass the
dual DSI configuration. Hence, add support for dual DSI via fastboot
oem until LK support for DSC is available.
