aboot: mdtp: Updated mdtp definitions. This change includes the updated mdtp_defs files for 8996, 8994 and 8952 targets. Remove not needed structures and functions after moving to new MDTP image format. Change-Id: Ife99351b2e7907157726783033840ec560a739ce
