platform: msm_shared: change the EDLOAD boot option to USB Currenlty forced EDLOAD boot option(0x2) uses SD card followed by USB as boot options. SD card boot option is not supported. So select the forced EDLOAD boot opition(0x1) as USB only. Change-Id: I4a8a72d7abe4b0e01277a51b69df3adaf04ca728
