platform: msm_shared: dynamic calculation of AVI Info Frame Add dynamic calculation of AVI Info Frame parameters in order to eliminate hard coding of these parameters. This will make it easier to add support for new HDMI resolutions in the future. Change-Id: Ib46d17125e98d82961379e98241db45a2c20f8b1
