[target/msm7625]: Add code to support 4k page nand devices. 1. Add code to dynamically configure the partition table to support 2k and 4k page flash devices. 2. Increase the size of system partition needed for froyo builds. Change-Id: I1048dfe4ee95257354a8145a1899dd7b680ae470
