msm_shared: spmi: Determine the max peripherals supported from the platform specific function. Currently max peripherals that are supported by SPMI is hardcoded to 128. This patch adds support to customize the max number of peripherals per platform. Change-Id: I15ca4d9298ed2810f709649ccc9d3dec31a6195d
