msm8909: Configure the EBI2 HDRV and pulls for EBI2 EBI2_EMMC_GPIO_CFG register is used to select the Nand, eMMC alternate function on the GPIO, these are implemented as special functions to avoid configuration of individual GPIOs. One bit configuration selects the NAND/eMMC alternate function on the GPIO. Change-Id: I0d88401be51b41a982d9db65e08cf987f25dd661
