msm_shared: Add backlight control commands for Novatek DSI panel For the new reworked Novatek panels, the backligh is controlled by sending DCS commands to the panel. Add commands to enable/control panel backlight. Change-Id: If51f2f1f150bc65e07f898e534603c9495888910
