dev: gcbd: add support for cmd mode simulator panel This change adds support to skip the panel configuration in bootloader for simulator panels and just passes the panel string to the kernel and all the configuration are done in the kernel. Change-Id: Ie8921d0cea0c6b634d56e7c197b270417eeb5385
