target/platform: MSM8952 Bringup changes. This patch adds support for - 1. Correct the USB freq plan. 2. Change the Volume up key GPIO status from Active high to low. 3. Update the mmu mapping for the scratch region Change-Id: I45b5ea05e7cd70a52ded49c81d2cd1fd3f0ad6d6
