target: msm8916: keep LDO6 and LDO2 powered on always LDO6 and LDO2 are needed for QFPROM and DDR respectively and display shares the same LDOs. These LDOs need to be kept enabled always. Disable only LDO17 while disabling splash screen. Change-Id: Iff677357ea0920b3ddb7098429eed997b6d6bcf4
