target: msm8610: set pwm duty cycle to 50% for backlight In previous design, the mpp output that controlled backlight was simply set to high in lk booting stage, which would lead to high power consumption. Now set pwm duty cycle to 50% for backlight. Change-Id: I44048a2366302adbbe7e047173c05ee081a86c29
