target: 8916: Fix no panel and simulated panel feature For target 8916 string comparison fails for no panel and simulated panel in fastboot param. Fix this by removing any extra whitespace in the panel name received as fastboot argument. Change-Id: I0ed55af9b7678181483526940cdfc47036cfa2aa
