msm7627a: Fix DDR corruption issue when chipsel1 is disabled. Apps is using chipsel1 base address for splash screen, issues seen when chipsel1 is disabled on non HLOS build. Use apps heap address which is free for splash screen instead of chipsel1 address. Change-Id: I56056ee923c351ace7258e75532d3ee4975a3c83
