[platform]: Add code to optimize the mddi display intialization. Add code to replace thread_sleep calls with mdelay functions to avoid the context switch delays while initializing the mddi panel. Change-Id: Ibf0686b0ab01bd41f40e049cdf9415e52f8a5cf1
