platform: msm_shared: report number of rpmb sectors in 512 bytes UFS storage device reports the RPMB device size in 256 bytes sectors but TZ expects the size reported in 512 bytes sectors. This change fixes it. Change-Id: I915a05a77d4df90638bb6d110ca69f0ad378300f
