msm7627_surf: Fix key mapping issues for surf & ffa Target failed to enter fastboot mode due to key mapping differences between surf & ffa. Device enters to recovery mode when "B" is pressed on FFA instead of fastboot. Add key layout for ffa and initialize keypad based on machine ID to fix the issue.
