platform: msm_shared: Make tlmm config generic for all sdc instances The current tlmm ping config api supports only sdc1 slot, make the api generic for the caller to pass the tlmm register information. For backward compatibility if the caller does not pass the tlmm info use the sdc1 as default. CRs-Fixed: 714432 Change-Id: I4a185732a5c11be694a800c3abc2490633b70e25
