platform: msm_shared: add MDP5 support for msm8937 target Add the MDP revision ID for msm8937 target and add the revision checks at appropriate places. Add check to make sure that SMP setup is done only if supported for MDP command mode path. Change-Id: I211e58ceb4b021f2f9a70caa3534772c57b57d9c
