aboot: mdtp: Fix recovery dialog not displayed with cmd-mode panel On platforms supporting command mode panel, after fbcon is used for drawing, extra DMA trigger is needed. By calling the msm_display_on() API, DMA will be trigger in case it is needed, according to the panel type. Change-Id: Icb88caf31e4d92aef2d292cff9892184faff5ae8
