platform: msm8952: Fix the SDC1 and USB clk frequencies. SDC1 clock frequency of 192MHZ is derived from gpll4. Hence update the sdcc1 frequency plan accordingly. Also increase the USB clock frequency to 133MHZ. Change-Id: I49ad40cfd623962f479fe22fb5f8824365cd0321
