[target/msm7630]: Add support for msm8x55 target in apps bootloader. Add code to use the msm_id to differenciate between 7x30 and 8x55 targets. Add new Machine ids for surf and ffa for 8x55 that will be passed to the kernel after reading the msm_id. Change-Id: I1fd8378f5ab65480228b3b4a6a8c7e35421cc7cc
