platform: msm_shared: Add support to read extended Nand ID Currently we only read the first 4 bytes of the Nand ID. By setting BIT 19 when sending the FETCH_ID command the next 4 bytes from the Extended Nand ID is placed on the ID2 register Change-Id: Ide9049243e97b2d3499625154600438586ad7c6f
