net: hisilicon: include linux/vmalloc.h in dsaf
Some configurations fail to build the hns dsaf code because of
a missing header file:

priv->soft_mac_tbl = vzalloc(sizeof(*priv->soft_mac_tbl)
This adds the correct #include.
