sh: SHmedia ISA tuning fixups. SH-5 doesn't support any elaborate ISA inheritance schemes (-dsp, -up, etc.), so only bother with that if we are building an sh32 kernel. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
