[ARM] 3646/1: ep93xx: instantiate ep93xx-ohci platform device Patch from Lennert Buytenhek The ep93xx ohci bits have been merged into the gregkh-2.6 tree, which means that they will probably go upstream soon, so make the core ep93xx code instantiate an appropriate ep93xx-ohci platform device.
