btrfs: Move btrfs_check_super_valid() to avoid forward declaration Move btrfs_check_super_valid() before its single caller to avoid forward declaration. Though such code motion is not recommended as it pollutes git history, in this case the following patches would need to add new forward declarations for static functions that we want to avoid.
