xfrm4: Add IPsec protocol multiplexer This patch add an IPsec protocol multiplexer. With this it is possible to add alternative protocol handlers as needed for IPsec virtual tunnel interfaces. Signed-off-by: Steffen Klassert <steffen.klassert@secunet.com>
