Pull Xen fixes from Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk:
- Use proper error paths
- Clean up APIC IPI usage (incorrect arguments)
- Delay XenBus frontend resume is backend (xenstored) is not running
- Fix build error with various combinations of CONFIG_
