drivers: net: cpsw: use cpsw-phy-sel driver to configure phy mode Phy mode can be configured via the cpsw-phy-sel driver, this patch enabled the cpsw driver to utilise the api provided by the cpsw-phy-sel driver to configure the phy mode.
