MIPS: IP22, Fulong, Malta: Update defconfigs. These haven't seen much attention for too long but particularly important enable RTC_CLASS and CONFIG_RTC_HCTOSYS so the wall clock time is set on kernel startup. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
