powerpc: Move opcode definitions from kvm/emulate.c to asm/ppc-opcode.h Opcode and xopcode are useful definitions not just for KVM. Move these definitions to asm/ppc-opcode.h for public use. Also add the opcodes for LHAUX and LWZUX.
