[ARM] 5598/1: ep93xx: core.c typesafe vic_init
The EP93XX_VIC{1/2}_BASE defines are now typesafe due to
[ARM] 5573/1: ep93xx: ensure typesafe io. The (void *) cast
is not needed when calling vic_init().
