ARM: shmobile: bockw: Enable CONFIG_VFP in defconfig CONFIG_VFP is required to boot into a Debian armhf user-space. This change brings the bockw defconfig into line with other shmobile defconfigs. Signed-off-by: Simon Horman <horms@verge.net.au>
