[WATCHDOG] pcwd.c: Port to the new device driver model Port the pcwd.c driver to the new device driver model. Since this is an ISA card, I used Rene Herman's new isa bus type. This made the probing for the card very "easy". Signed-off-by: Wim Van Sebroeck <wim@iguana.be>
