drm/radeon/dpm: fix and enable reclocking on SI The SMC interface changed compared to Cayman and previous asics. Set the enabled levels properly and enable reclocking by default when dpm is enabled. Signed-off-by: Alex Deucher <alexander.deucher@amd.com>
