PCI: keystone: Remove unnecessary OOM message

The site-specific OOM messages are unnecessary because they duplicate the
MM subsystem generic OOM message.  This patch fixes the following
checkpatch warning:

  WARNING: Possible unnecessary 'out of memory' message
