remove unused #include <version.h>'s

The file(s) below do not use LINUX_VERSION_CODE nor KERNEL_VERSION.
  drivers/leds/leds-hp-disk.c
  drivers/misc/panasonic-laptop.c

This patch removes the said #include <version.h>.
