sh64: Tidy up Kconfig dependencies. Now that the ROM-RAM and generic boards are killed off, refactor the dependencies accordingly. Those were the only special cases, so all of the Kconfig dependency hell gets much cleaner as a result. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
