KVM: PPC: Add MMIO emulation for stdx (store doubleword indexed) This adds missing stdx emulation for emulated MMIO accesses by KVM guests. This allows the Mellanox mlx5_core driver from recent kernels to work when MMIO emulation is enforced by userspace.
