defconfig: msm: Enable VADC and ADC_TM peripheral drivers for lito VADC peripheral supports clients to read ADC channels. Clients include reading vph_pwr and on board system thermistors. ADC_TM peripheral driver is used by clients to set thresholds and receive notification for VADC channels.
