ARM: dts: msm: add XO fixed clock device for Kona Add a fixed clock device for the 19.2 MHz oscillator (XO) found on Kona boards. This provides a clock named bi_tcxo. The bi_tcxo clock will eventually be supported by RPMh once the full bootchain is functional.
