[PATCH] pcmcia/yenta: avoid PCI write posting problem
extend cb_writel(), exca_writeb(), exca_writel() to do a read[lb]() after
the write[lb]() to avoid possible problem with PCI write posting.
Seems to fix Bug #5061.
